El Mariachi Birria Y Tacos - A Taco Haven in Everett, WA

Some of the best tacos I’ve ever had—and being from LA, I’ve had some pretty dang good tacos! The regular tacos are delicious and really let the proteins shine, but the must-get here are the cheese tacos with consomme. And some horchata, of course!

Blink and you could possibly miss the turn you need to get here. Stopped here on a whim and I'm glad I did! Was immediately greeted by the gentleman at the counter even while he was in the middle of a transaction. Not the impersonal kind of greeting but like we are good buds and he was so happy to see me! Lol. Hey man, it's the little things, you know... I went with the #1 (3 queso tacos) and WOW. Just WOW. I used to frequent a spot out on Casino for birria tacos. I can no longer remember the name of the place. El Mariachi has stomped on that memory. Good bye Felicia. My pictures nor the pictures here do the tacos justice. It's so damn good...especially when that ooey gooey cheese oozes out and and traces the outside of the taco while being grilled and becomes this beautiful crisp. Delish. Yaaaaaas beech....I also want to mention that I hate onions. But I sure ate the hell out of them picked onions. Yum. If you're allergic to grease and eating off a cookie tray, this place isn't for you. And that's ok because more seating for me. Otherwise, come hungry, don't wear your favorite shirt or at least tuck in a napkin before you eat, grab a coke and go to town! Oh... And please close the damn door behind you. It literally says it on the door. And only God knows where those flies have been out in these streets of Everett! I'll be back!

Best restaurant experience I’ve had in ages!! Phenomenal food, insanely good prices, great service. Truly no notes, I will be driving here 40 minutes each way just for the amazing food. Would rate 10/5 if that was an option. Will be dreaming of my soyrizo burrito nightly

Come get the Birria Ramen! Everything on the menu is amazing here! Not a lot of parking but we'll worth it! Great vibes and amazing food! Staff is so friendly and great!

Seriously the best Casa Birria place around! The meat and tortillas just fall apart in your mouth. This is my go to place for the best tacos. Doesn’t matter if I’m having a good day, or a bad day, these tacos always SLAP! They’re consistent and speedy quick. The service is impeccable. I highly recommend.

Fantastic taco spot! I brought my mom who's on a ketogenic diet. Usually we sub out rice and tortillas for extra veggies but they didn't have veggies aside from the pickled onions and cilantro. Super salty without the normal pairings but I'll definitely be back for a meal here when I'm open to the carbs Reasonably priced and wheelchair accessible. Would be better if they had actual silverware, rather than the plasticwear, for eating in. That aside, recommended.

I do love how generous the cilantro and pickled onion portions were. I don't have complaints, the food was great, crunchy tortilla, enough cheese, enough meat, very tasty, not salty, not greasy, juicy. Their consome (soup) was great for dipping the tacos, great portion too, not a gigantic thing. If you are looking for individual cheese tacos, they are $4.50 and this plate was $14. Costumer service was good, thank you for being charismatic! Parking can be a little tight (fyi).

Got a order of 50 tacos for a work event, every single person said they were the best tacos they have ever had and wanted to know where I got them from! Its consistently fantastic! Thanks again.
